What activities do you have?
We have every kind of tour available from the typical to the extraordinary. We let our Activity Leaders come up with the idea, and you decide whether it suits you or not. The tours are divided into categories, whether you would like to take is slow or be upbeat, there is always a tour that will cater for your need. We also accept suggestion, so if you have a crazy new idea please let us know so we could make it happen in the future.
How to get contact information of your guide?
After the payment has been made for your selected tour, we will send you an e-ticket with the contact details and meet up location of your guide. If you have a problem or are running late please get in touch with them or a member of our team.
What happens after the payment?
After the payment, you will receive an email with an electronic ticket comprising information about your booked tour: the date, time, venue, tips how to find your guide, his phone number and email address. At the same time your guide will receive a notification that you have booked his tour - the date and time of the meeting, the number of people, your name and phone number.
How do I know meeting location?
All the necessary details and contact information will be displayed on the activity page under "Meeting point", on your e-ticket and confirmation letter which you receive after booking through your email, make sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
How to get a schedule of tours?
You can always see the dates on the page of the tour you are booking. If the selected tour is upon request, meaning that the tour is limited due to various reasons, you need to send a message with a desired date to the guide using the "Ask your question" section.
How to pay for a tour?
When you go to the page of the tour and click on the "book" button, you will then be able to select the date and time that is convenient for you. After that, click the "continue to payment" button and you will be redirected to the personal information and payment page, where you will be able to make a payment using either your credit card or PayPal.
Can I pay for a tour on the spot?
We do not allow our tour guides to handle money that they make through us, if you would like to contribute and tip them after the tour that is perfectly alright. If you simply turn up to the tour please get in touch with us and we will be able to work something out.
In which cities do you have tours?
We have tours available in the most visited Russian cities, we will have Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Samara, Volgograd, Saransk, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Yaroslavl, Yekaterinburg and more to come with time.
Do you have tours in different languages?
We have tours available in various languages, with the majority being in English, however you can check which languages your activity leader speaks before coming to the tour and ask them question in your mother tongue. We also have Russian tours available.
