Meet your activity leader: Lera
Hello! I'm Lera. For several years I've been guiding foreigners in Moscow and its suburbs. I'm a cultural manager and work with museums, festivals and other cultural events. I like modern architecture, travelling and art. I consider that Moscow can be understood only after meeting with locals. And I'm here to show the city I admire.
What to expect
I'm excited to have an opportunity to introduce to you Moscow suburbs. It's a fascinating natural park (several hundred hectares) with large land art sculptures just inside the forest. That makes it the biggest art park in Europe. They definitely will impress you at least by their size (from 9 to 25 metres long). However it's not the only reason. The main one is that unique atmosphere reigns here. That is the atmosphere of freedom, art, creativity and inspiration.
After coming there, you will always have a bit of this place in your heart.
Please note that travel expenses to the park are not included. It takes about 4-5 hours to get there from Moscow. We will use the train to get to Kaluga from where we will take a taxi. The overall expenses for travel without guided tour is approximately $60. It is also possible to stay for a night in the park. The price starts from $30 per night.
